Just to be sure: flat table means it goes all into one table, right? No advanced structure. I took a look at the XML and i see no problem in doing this. And the last thing: Would like to be written in VB vs C#. Only to be sure: The solution must be writen in VB, NOT C#. This seems pretty straightforward, no problems, can be done during the weekend.

I was willing to bid under your budget in order to get this project, but it wouldn't let me I will deliver the Web Service, Data Provider (An IDisposable class that handles communication between the Web Service and Database), Insert, Update and Delete Stored Procedures, as well as an XSD (XML Schema). I'll have it done in one day, but would like to test it for a day before delivering it. To sweeten the deal; If you like, I'll create SQL Table triggers for update and delete which will write to an "Audit/History" Table so you can keep track of what's been updated or deleted (the values before they're updated or deleted)
