I need production module for Furniture manufacturing ... Rough / Summary details as follows, Give me quto, duration, Then i ll submit full requirement sheet....thanks.


First thing we have to categories the product under different group . product may be Raw-material ,By-product and Finished .

After getting order for production , we have to initially prepare plan for production . in this module we have to give a project name for each order and project name must be unique for each order.

Other tings include in this module are Start date and expected Finish date , Cost details of production [Material Cost, Production Cost, Labor Cost etc… and Finished Product name and Production Qty.

Production Plan will help us to make Comparison between Production Plan and Actual Cost incurred for production .

After Planning we have to prepare Bill Of material [BOM] .

In BOM We have to give project name and What are the raw materials [Input] need for production, By product of production and Finished product details.

Final Stage is Production process . In production process there are three major parts .

1) Issuing materials [ raw-materials ]For production includes Qty issued , issue date [Issued Qty have to be less from Stock]

2) Production process : in production process various expense incurred for production .

3) Final Product : Finished Qty of item received from production and Rejected Qty.
