This is a resdiential real estate contact/project manager software for the windows platform in vb.net. There are two aspects to this project...a desktop and an online version. The current bid is for the desktop version only. I'd like an MS Outlook 2003 like interface. There are many .NET components out there that can speed up development. Two of my favorites are Janus components and Developer Express Windows Form Components. It would be great if you have one of these and know how to use them as it could reduce development time radically. However if you want to do things from scratch, that is fine. For developmnet environment I prefer Visual [url removed, login to view] 2003 and the code as mentioned above, vb.NET. The following is a description of what I need.

Unlimited listing type categories
Editable default Listings plans that is automatically or manually applied to listings ( a list of to-dos that shows listing related duties every day, the list will be supplied by me)
Editable default Closing plans that is automatically or manually applied to listings that goes into escrow (a list of to-dos that shows closing related duties every day, the list will be supplied by me)
Print listing info
Print flyers based on existing listings
Unlimited listing memos for any listing to keep track of conversations, notes etc.
Calendar (day, week, month)
Ability to print:
Create new templates for each
Setup email accounts
Send and receive
Create email categories to organize emails
To record real estate income and expenses.
Ability to save internet sites (just like in internet explorer) to quickly navigate to important real estate related sites.
Palm Pilot Connectivity:
Ability to store contact and listing info on Palm computer
Sync with Online Database:
The second phase of this project will be to create an online version of this software so one can work online or offline and then sync the databse. This will be started after the desktop version is done. However, desktop version should be fully functional by itself.
