Previously i was done like :
• Daily logs checking on Application’s, Database’s, Adapter’s, Wrapper, etc... Servers.
• Monitor Database Performance & Server’s Performance.
• Monitor CPU and memory utilizations for all servers depending upon alerts received by Infrastructure Team.
• Follow-up with Infrastructure Support for Infrastructure failures this is for a long term support engagement.
• Downstream and Upstream Queries.
• Status reporting & working on mobile alerts 24/7.
• Active batch monitoring and investigating job failure, following up with L3 team.
• Investigating on successful & failure transactions as per client request.
• Troubleshoot on servers, routers, Adapters when it’s down.
• Checking daily jobs are running or not. If any job failed manually we ran the jobs.
• Zip the daily, Monthly logs files and moved to back up folders.
• If any file generation process failed on servers, then we have to manually generate the files.
• Working on down times to down the requested servers and up the servers.
• Transfer the files from local system to SFTP servers.
