Crosscheck a PCB design and write some test code for an ESP8266 (BQ76940)

This is what i want delivered: 1. Corrected PCB design that will work for my application In Eagle format 2. Some minor test code so that the ESP can talk to the BQ76940 and just print voltages on terminal 3. Boom list so that i can order the parts needed from mouser or equal. I will supply: * Basic layout in Eagle that i have made for test. I dont know if this will work as of now. You don't have to actually construct nor test the pcb your place. But i expect you to deliver all schematics and such so I can order the pcb online from itead or equal. The boom list should be in such format that i can use it either for ordering assembled pcb or do it myself! Itead is one place you can use but i can also use others if you prefer and as long as the price is correct. The board it self should have following functions BQ76940 + ESP8266 able to hook up ftdi adapter DS25 connection for attaching the battery leads. some connector for I2C Connector to sd card reader. Same as i2c in this case ie header pin only. Think its d5-d8. (SPI) reset and boot button It should be running from the battery pack itself. Ie ba able to handle 60v and it should be taken from the battery 14s is what is going to be meassured. Nothing more or less. So the board can be hardtied to that. No balancing nothing! See image uploaded for whats on it today The software delivered do not have to be tested but i do want you to just give me the starter and help me out getting it just to read the voltages. Thats all i ask. Lastlty crosscheck so this board is cheap. Im not after any fancyness but just a simple board that will work untill i got my bms up running. So once again: pcb desgin revised and deliver that including boom list help just read the voltages in the software.
