I have a form that I want to turn into a Microsoft Word Template. Some basic fields will need to be filled in such as name, date, address, etc.. When a user opens the document a "User Form" should appear so the data can be entered. Where it gets more difficult is that I want to have the user click on a picture placeholder,or possibly another section of the user form, have a window open where they select the photo from a file list on their computer, the photo is inserted in the proper location and re sized to fit. (either smaller or larger) The default size will be 1024 x 768. There should be a feature that will not allow any photos or data fields to be left blank. I have a sample macro that does most of this. Once completed the form should be saved as a .pdf file and emailed to our office. If this can be done using a fill-able .pdf that may be better since all users may not have the proper version of Word. We have many other documents and processes that need to be automated and streamlined once we are satisfied with this first one.
