Dropdown list of supermarket name which will present another dropdown list of the supermarket branch. There will be supermarkets that we will missed on including so we have to put in a text box where customers can input the supermarket name and address as well as their email address so we can notify them if we have included the the missing supermarket on the store name. Will put a submission button for this and present a pop up window for confirmation OR Number - text box Products Purchased and Quantity - we present 2 dropdown selection that is side by side on 1 row. The first dropdown will present flavors and the 2nd dropdown to its right will be the quantity of that flavor. Ex: Carrot 3. The raffle entry will be computed based on the total quantity of all flavors divisible by 3 Purchase Date - drop down (must be within promo period if not a warning sign will show or it’s not available in the option in the first place) NOTE: At NO given time should all 3 particulars should match else it will show an error message when submitted Users click submit button and will be shown a “please verify if all info is correct before you submit” pop up. Once user proceeds with submission, application will ask authorization to access Facebook profle features. Once confirmed, the app automatically shares (via app) that customer has joined the raffle. Every time the customer enters, the app will share that the customer has joined. Customer also receives an email confirming the success of the entry and presents with number of entries earned. If OR contains less than 3 purchases, this can still be valid if the customer enters another OR with more purchases that will total to at least 3. The system will accumulate raffle entries based on the email address used. - no need. So minimal purchase is 3 products per OR.
