360206 Link Adding Interface

We need an experienced PHP programmer for a quick job creating a webmaster-side interface for adding, removing and managing links on a link directory website. The interface will then need to be integrated into 2 websites, with slightly different layouts. Key features are that the webmaster must be able to: - quickly change the order and rank of links; - add an delete links at any rank position; - add new categories heading lists of links within pages; - generate new pages of links, assigning them a title; - upload and offload data spreadsheets of all of the links (.xls format) with separate cells for the link name and URL, as a data management option. In other words, management can add or take away links, add categories, delete categories, on the spreadsheet, upload the spreadsheet, and the changes to the links, categories, link order, etc. are reflected on the website; and - A secure sign-in (username and password) for management to access and control the database.
