Magento name database module needed

We need a basic 'name' database developed for our magento store.

We would prefer it to be a magento module, or widget. Something that is easy to install.

There is a menu on the left, that allows the user to select the name category. The menu will be a 'sticky' menu and will stay on the left as the user scrolls down the page.

The main content area will be where the names are displayed. There will be 2 columns. All the names will be links, that if clicked will take the user to a link such as '[url removed, login to view]'. There is also an 'add' link for adding the name to the users shortlist. This should be an ajax feature, and not reload the page.

On the right is the shortlist. This should be a 'sticky' panel, so it stays on the right when the user scrolls down. It will have the name link as above, and will also have a delete option to remove it from the list. There is the option for the user to print, email or share the list.

The database itself does not need an interface. We can enter all the names manually using SQL, or MyPHP, etc. The name field needs to have the ability for us to assign a category to each name, ie clever, funny, etc.

The above needs to be developed in a current version magento community edition. You can just use the standard theme CSS for now, we will reformat it when we are developing our store theme.

We have attached a screen shot to provide a visual of the above. Please provide experience you have with similar projects. We need quality, bug free work at a low price if possible.
