The project is to develop an application which can capture business goals throughtout an organisation.
Initially, the top manager in the organisation enters their business objecitves, the KPIs which measure them and some details around how they can be delivered.
This manager also enters SMART business objectives for himself.
The manager to enter the email addresses of his direct reports, which emails a PDF-based form or web-link, pre-populated with manager's details, including list of objectives and measures.
The direct report can then enter his own SMART objectives, but these are selected from a dropdown box, containing entries from the manager.
Similarly, this person can enter details of their direct reports, and so on until the entire organisation is covered.
There needs to be a function to input results against the KPIs which are measuring performance, at both the organisation level and against each person.
There also needs to be a function to set up reporting against employee bonuses and performance.
Outputs need to be in the form of a database, which can be reported on by an external product.
