226389 PHP MySQL projects

Looking for a php/mysql programmer to work on a few projects of ours. Must code clean, be fluent in english. We have an existing script that needs tweaking, needs an admin area so we can review stats from users and a few other features. Right now it runs off config file. Needs to be redesigned maybe.. so I can add groups and categorize activities. I must be able to edit the page so the design suits our needs (CSS). You must be a professional programmer. I am not looking for any kids with 1-2 years experience.
