Suggestive Search, Google Street View

We are a start up company looking for a web developer team (or independent developer), who can integrate the following features into our existing website: 1.Auto-complete search -Users will be able to find other users in our website (like Facebook). As they type in the search box, suggestions of user names will appear. -They can also search users by location (country, state/province and city). As they type the name of a country, state/province or city the name of those locations will be displayed. However, not all the locations of the world be displayed. Only the ones that correspond to users' profiles. When a user is registering, and they select their location, there can select a list of all the countries, states/provinces and cities of the world. -Our website is in different languages, so when a user in our Spanish website searches a city by its spanish name (i.e. Nueva York instead of New York) there is also auto suggestion. [login to view URL] Center -Our users will get notified in our website whenever another user liked their blog, comment, etc. Also they will get notified by e-mail. -They will be able to change the e-mail settings to deactivate notifications for specific features (i.e. deactivate email notifications for people when they tagged them in comments but keep all the other). [login to view URL] Street View -In our website, users' profiles display their locations. We already have google map view API that shows a map view of the users' location. We need to add on top of this another map which by default shows the Google Street View of that user's location. Our existing website was built using CakePHP framework. Our databases are managed by MySQL. We will provide the data.
