WordPress Theme Module

I need a suitable vendor to create a wordpress plugin that allows me to auto change my theme base on specific occasions. 1. I currently have 6 theme designs which changes the side and the logo of [login to view URL] (See screenshot) For now there are 6 occasions -Christmas, Halloween , Chinese New Year, Hari Raya , Valentine's Day, Easter Day 2. Duration: These areas will change 2 weeks before the occassion and last for 1 week after the occasion. In the event that 2 occasions overlap, the newer occasion will overwrite the later one. 3. The script MUST be compatible with WordPress 3.0.1 4. Admin MUST be able to adjust (a) Duration (That is how many weeks before and after the occasion will the theme be live) (b) Add in New Occasions and Themes (c) Allow for Manual overwrite (d) Automated running on a popular calendar with the popular holidays and timezone can be set by admin. (c) Able to run themes that are independent of any public holiday. 5. Documentation must be accompanied the full source code and database dump (if applicable) prior to project handover. Including : - Explain the file and folder structure used - . Document all the classes used (specify what it represents) and describe each of the functions - If a database is required. Describe each Table and each field created. - Document description on Cron jobs and SQL dump file Vendors is selected based on related portfolio, history, completion rate and feedback and price competitiveness.
