Project Description

Development of application form with 1 user level: Student.
The form should be developed with jquery and AJAX technology (or anything similar to make the "autofill" effect). It should be interactive and
user-friendly. Form will be multilingual.
This application form will be used as an on-line application for students and small
family/friends groups. It will be divided in several categories:
? Student details
? Courses
? Contact information
? Parent/Legal Guardian Contact Details
? School information
? Payment (On-line via T-com PayWay system)
The general idea is that through one form a student can apply as individual or a small group
where 2 or more students are applying with or without parents.
Upon form completition the Applicant (person who is filling out the form, in later text will be
refered as „the Applicant“) has two options:
? Save & exit
? Submit & Pay
Email gathered from the form is used as login ID and password is automatically generated
and sent to the email address. All form data is saved in the database so the Applicant can
return later to finish the Application and pay.
Upon the payment the Applicant is transfered to the payment page where he chooses
wether he wants to pay full amount or half now half later. Upon Submission of the
Application and payment (half or full) the Application is saved in database but the Applicant
cannot return to change the data, he can only review it. If he wishes to make changes he will
have to contact information through email.

No need for admin-panel or backoffice.
