ASP VBscript page needed

I need an asp with VBscript page made to display report that are to be housed in an access database.

I will send you 3 reports to work with. They will need to be put in an access database(mdb file), then an asp page needs to be made to display the reports from the database.

Next I need an admin page made to add reports to the database with fields that they fill out similar to the box I am typing this message into now.

The page MUST preserve all formatting as it is entered on admin page: line breaks, &nbsp, bold, color, and recognize hyperlinks then display them as such. There should be a little toolbar above the textbox where the body of the report is to be entered, so the user can add formatting as they enter the text. Because some of the reports are longer than a memo field allows you may need to include 2 fields in database for the body of the reports so that if neccessary any text that won't fit in the first field can be put in a second, then displayed on the page seamlessly. I also need it to know to open all links in a new browser window.
