EDI XML Web System

A need a quote about a Project I need, I have attached a diagram to tryto explain the flow of the program I need. It is a small version of an EDI that integrates digital signfunctionality, I basically need a place where I can create, receive, approve orreject documents sent via this system. All approved items will be digitallysigned. I need to have a log of the transactions and all documents must besaved on a DB. ? The documents that will becreated on web forms templates and attached docs, I need to be able to send thedocs to 1 or more than 1 user (on demand and not in the same time, if user 1aproved then is delivered to the next user), ? they must all approve or reject the document and I need to benotified of the status of the signature process. After 1 or more users have approved(when the “aprovation chain is over??) it the doc need to return to my inbox with the status of successful orrejected by <username> and reasons if applies. ?
