Project Description

Because of the current economic climate I have the luxury of outsourcing my programming development work. I need either a reliable person or a reliable web development team to do good programming work. I am more in the market for programming and not so much design so design skills are not a big deal, however programming, quality of code writing, and speed of deliver is important and a top priority. I require a backend specialist programmer or team have the following skills:

Server Side Coding

• PHP (open source)

• ASP (Microsoft proprietary)

• .NET (Microsoft proprietary)

• CGI and/or Perl (open source)

• Java, e.g. J2EE or WebObjects

• SSJS Server-Side JavaScript, e.g. Aptana Jaxer, Mozilla Rhino

• Python, e.g. Django (web framework) (open source)

• Ruby, e.g. Ruby on Rails (open source)

• Smalltalk e.g. Seaside

• ColdFusion (Adobe proprietary, formerly Macromedia)

• Lotus Domino

• Websphere (IBM proprietary)

Database Technology

• PostgreSQL

• SQLite

• Microsoft SQL Server

• Firebird

• Apache Derby

• Oracle

• DB2 (IBM proprietary)

Duties & Responsibilities

Typically the assigned work will be web application programming or custom CMS (Content Management Systems) with special features. Another type of assignments would be online login networks, backend networks, backend ecommerce systems, and backend network programming. Sometimes complex programming would be asked.

In most cases I will give strict deadlines. I will not give 30 or 40 days for development. In most cases I will give 7, 10, 15 days max so you must have the time to commit to completing assignments. Programming is all about time for coding so if you can’t put in overtime and meet strict deadlines this is not the project for you.

Terms, Conditions, and Compensation

I like to do everything by the book to be far. However because of the growing marketplace you have the good and the bad and I have experienced both. I don’t use 3rd part escrow because in time of dispute the money is tied up and often not released. I never give a single penny until work has been completed, I have learned my lesson. I understand there is another side but if I can be honest my $1500 + dollars or euro at the end of the day is worth more that the programming. I pay for good work and I expect fault or bad coding to be fixed. I offer well above average rates because it motivates the developer to do good work. I use Pay Pal or Bank Transfer but you are responsible for the fees associated with these services. I will ask for you to please sign a web developer agreement in work for hire terms, and provide a form of ID before I send any payment abroad. I expect a morning email every morning to brief on development and I expect all deadlines met. I’m fair and feel any dispute can be worked out and I am will to always work with someone to make the common ground. I need commitment, quality work, and dedication to my projects. I need a quick response if you are contacted and quicker to start development. My per hour rate for assigned projects is $45 USD. If you prefer euro I will honor the exchange rate from dollars to euro on payment. You must have a balance of at least $5,000 + for me to payout. Anything less and the fees would out total the payout.

If you choose to bid, please don’t provide me with a junk message please provide me with brief introduction of your experience and web development skills, and a date when you can start, and also if you can meet deadlines of 7, 10, or 15 days all three the quicker the better. Also state if you’re and individual or a team/company. If your introduction does not have these things I will hide your bid from the board.
