Project Description

Good day,

I am looking for a panel that will take customer orders, create a user profile, allow users to pay their bill, control their service (game and voice server), and have the capability to submit a support ticket. The idea comes from a collection of several services in which i wanted to integrate into my site which is in design process.

The ability to accept orders and install the service based on the information provided is similar to ClientEXEC ([url removed, login to view]). With their service, a customer can pay for their service to have it installed automatically on our servers and establish a login that shows their user information and current services. Additionally with ClientEXEC you can submit support tickets.

The ability to control the server comes from a company called TCAdmin ([url removed, login to view]). Through their admin panel, admins can create services such as game or voice servers manually. And from their customer panel, the customer is able to start, restart, or stop their service for as long as they wish. Through this panel, they are also able to edit the config files within their server.

The reason why i would like to put in for a quote and not just go through these two companies is because i would like to see something new. Almost all Game Server Providers have TCAdmin which makes the layout in which the customer see's very bland. My budget is $100-$300 and is not firm depending on the type of work and time the winning designer is willing to put into it. I am looking for long term use and should something go wrong, i will need some assistance to correct it.

Thank you for your interest and happy bidding.
