Hi, I need some help trying to add a reference to a web service from a vendor to my visual [login to view URL] 2003 project. I believe that my proxy server at work is the cause, as I am getting the following error: There was an error downloading '[login to view URL]'. The operation has timed-out. I've updated the [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and ran the [login to view URL] with no luck. I even tried to manually create the proxy class using [login to view URL] with the same results. I need someone to work with me to get through this problem, preferably someone with strong web service experience or experience with this exact issue. Thanks.

Hi all,
I cannot give out the URL because it's restricted. You can only gain access if you are a customer of this vendor.
Thanks.
