I have a directory application that categorizes weblinks via categories - much like the Yahoo or DMOZ directory. Currently, the application is run via a single [url removed, login to view] file. So when you go through the categories of resources, you’re always using the same [url removed, login to view] file. I want to have code written that will loop through all the records, and create the Folders/Sub folders on the server, write a [url removed, login to view] files in each folder on the server, and also have the links point to the full path of the directories.
For example, if I go to the Automobiles directory, then drill down to the Japanese Makers, then drill down to the Toyota directory, then drill down to the Camry directory, my URL currently is [[url removed, login to view]]. But I want it just like yahoo or dmoz, so the link should be [[url removed, login to view]]
The application currently has the ability to loop through and create the paths for the breadcrumb trail (i.e., Home > Automobiles > Japanese Makers > Toyota > Camry), but each of the links is always something like [url removed, login to view]
