Medical EMR

We are approximately 60% done with a specialty electronic medical record application. ? The app has a web interface (ajax, C#/.net) over MS SQL Server 2008. ? Most of the database structure is complete. ? Much of the UI is complete. ? Remaining items are the EMR itself (medical exam data), inventory, polishing sales tools, polishing the accounting, and integration with web-based medical claim vendors. Completed are patient demographics, search, document management, and a few other items. We will provide the existing code and database structure. ## Deliverables The application needs to either self-install on an IIS setup or be easy to deploy in multiple office locations and include instructions for doing so, preferably in a hosted environment. The application needs to have licensing that affects functionality and future? upgrade ability. Employer has all copyrights.
