I need a .Net Developer who knows .Net well. I will require someone who has: In depth knowledge of .Net Someone who can work the whole week on this and not make excuses. Someone who is: reliable honest hard working and has a passion for their work. Due to previous bad experiences I will not any milestone. However what i will do is, every time a certain percentage is completed I will upload a certain percentage of payment. So we will agree on 3-4 milestone steps. When step 1 is complete I will upload 25% When step 2 is complete I will upload a further 25% and then again with step 3 and 4. When each step is completed you will upload that to MY server.
