Need asp.net expert for Contract Management System

we need a contract management system to be built in asp.net using some nice grid controls from infragistics( we will provide)
the system will allow for users to enter all the data for a contract, about 100 fields, it is timestamped and record of user also recorded. the contract will go through several phases based on time . the phases are important because the users will run reports to find contract that in a certain phase. the phase name and time frame before it matures to that phase will be input by the admin.
At the arrival of each phase it will remain pending in that phase until a user marks complete, at which point it will go to next phase after the proper amount of days have passed
We will have lots of searching in the search area, we will search by all of the 100 fields of the contract and by date etc..
We will also have a charting area that will allow for each of the fields in the contract to be charted by pie, chart, line chart. Whereby it will look through all contracts in te given trime range and return resutls to be put in a chart, (we will give you infragistics charts for this )
The system will have the ability to print, email, pdf, and fax, reports and query grids. We can provide components as needed in these areas.

**Timeline** is 20-30 days for prototype and 45 for complete product
We are a software company by trade so we will be able to guide you in the design and build of this and we are experts with these controls so we can help there as well if needed.
Your skills; asp.net and ms sql.
**GUI**; i am a picky gui person so while you are working i will request screenshots of the system appearance and i will send back icons and colors and page mocks for you to follow.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
