We are building a complex computing application for a specific manufacturing industry. We have completed our initial business requirements elicitation meetings and created artifacts with the necessary information to build this application.
After careful analysis we have determined that we need a technical architect to steer this project ahead
Understand the business requirements and identify areas which require additional meetings with the business users
The architect is expected to be an expert in mathematics with a clear understanding of basic formulae involved in the computation of volume and dimensions
Understanding the inch system(US) is very essential. All the computations are based on the inch system
Clear understanding of the points and edges involved in the calculations related to solids is required
The architect will be responsible for determining the appropriate technology to build the application
Architect needs to comprehend the prevalent technologies and must suggest the best available technology.
Architect is responsible for designing the application and producing the following documents.
Security Architecture Documentation
Logical Architecture(Will provide system-, flow-, interaction- and context-diagrams and narratives)
QA document to test the application with the required test cases and scenarios
Overall the architect is responsible for the functioning of the application as per the signed business requirements
Create the development schedules based on the fact that one resource will be assigned
Project plan for product development cycle
Architect will be responsible for suggesting the best practice for the security features for the commercial side of this application
Prior knowledge of local machine applications is necessary
Must understand extreme programming and agile methodology
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
