E-commerce site

I'm in the process of starting a new online business and would like to contract someone to design the site. The business will focus on imports. One page for jewlery and another for chocolate. I want a professional looking page with a shopping cart and the ability to accept online payments. If you can have some flash on the front page that would be a nice feature.
