PSD to Wordpress implementation needed

Please do not bid with a copy/paste response. I'm looking to engage in a long-term working relationship with a professional individual who can meet deadlines and communicate clearly. The kind of person who would rather tell me that there are issues than avoid the issues altogether. The kind of person that thinks about the entire problem and isn't afraid to ask any clarifying questions. The kind of person who responds to questions and provides status updates as requested. For this project, I will provide a PSD file. The overall structure of the website is the following: HOME: there will be a slider like the following: <[login to view URL]> If you know of a better one with easier WP integration then feel free to make suggestions. HOME is where the Blog will be, with news updates. There will be several other pages, all with content areas that should be modifiable through the WP admin interface. These pages are: Home Content 1 Content 2 Content 3 Content 4 Content 5 Content 6 Content 7 The hardest part here is making the PSD into a WP-friendly template. I've attached a preliminary mockup of the design here. The navigation menu will be off to the left side in the new version, but the content area won't change much. I'll provide the final full design files.
