Wordpress Feed Fix

I have a website which is <[login to view URL]>. This website will serve as a local community portal for my county, to include news and events for all cities within it. What I need from you is the news feed from <[login to view URL]> imported into my site, checking no less than once per hour for new articles that have been published. More importantly, the entire article must be imported whether [login to view URL] allows it or not. Images must be imported locally as well and the imported author name must match that of the source; this is to still provide proper credit for the true author. Finally, imported articles must be formatted properly. This means that paragraphs, spacing and alignment must maintain it's structure from the original site ([login to view URL]). I am paying for this from my personal budget to help my community, so if you bid on the high-end just don't bother. Furthermore, I will most likely require this same request three different times for different imports, either different news or from different websites. Within you bid, let me know if this projects worth will easily carry over or if we'll need to do it over again for those.
