360718 Create Daycare Mgmt. Software

I need someone to create an entirely different (though extremely similar) management software program. The product to gain ideas off of is: daycaremanagerpro [dot] com Please visit their site to understand what it's all about. I have the program and will supply it to the person I hire. We need the same options as they have, such as parent/child/family info, class info, account info with billing and pmts. received, employee info, expenses info, etc. However - we need a preschool model for it, so while it is very similar to the Daycare version, there are some minor differences here and there. We wish we could just add our changes to their version and call it ours - but you and I both know we can't do that. So I'm looking for a programmer who can look at what they have and give me an entirely different product with the same (or very similar) options that I tell you. We need someone to finish the software in 2 weeks from start date. Please respond with how you can take someone else's product and create an entirely new product without infringing on product rights.
