394121 Gmail autoresponder program

Seeking someone to create an auto responder program for gmail. Here are the features it MUST have. MUST work flawlessly! 1. Check multiple gmail accounts for new unread emails 2. Time Delay setting to set time delay before email gets responded to. (each email must have its own timer on it. Example: Say an email comes in at 10 am and I have it set to respond 45 minutes after, it will wait 45 minutes from the time that email was received before sending out a response.) 3. Import/Export multiple gmail accounts CSV format. 4. Ability to checkmark each account or all accounts and add one message to be added to checked accounts along with ability to add a message to a single account. Each account MUST have it's own set of messages that a user can input for responses. 5. Proxy supported 6. program must be license protected so I can generate a serial key on my end. 7. Feature to send out tier responses, such as after the first response goes out, can have in the message settings to set as message response 1, message response 2, and so on along with a timer of how long to wait before sending out the other set of responses. IT NEEDS TO WORK FLAWLESSLY with no hang ups and respond to ALL emails that come in to each gmail account. This is a simple project but the finished product must work perfectly. I will pay 1/2 when you submit the finished product to me and 1/2 after successful testing.
