33090 PHP/ftp upload to specific dir

I would like a PHP-based ftp upload system that lets specific people upload to their own specific directory on my server. PAGE 1: GATEWAY The first page should be a password-protected (htaccess?) gate with a single password that all users use. I don't mind going into htaccess to change this periodically. PAGE 2: SELECT THE USER Once they get in, it should have a pulldown menu that lists the names of people. There will be about 10-15 names in total in the menu and I'd like to be able to add/delete these names periodically. The user selects themselves. PAGE 3: FTP DIRECTORY AND UPLOAD This is the main upload page. Once they've selected themselves, this page then shows them the contents of their own subdirectory on my ftp server. I'd like the directory to be /home/foursevens/www/media/username (where "username" is their name). They should NOT be able to change to or view other subdirectories. I'd like users to have the ability to rename and upload files and that's it. No delete function. On upload, I'd like some kind of progress-meter (like a pop-up window) showing them how far along they are. Then a confirmation that it's been uploaded.
