49761 PHP to manipulate PDF file

We have a php site, and we need a class/function that I can integrate into our site. Here are the requirements: I have an existing order form in .pdf format. When an order is submitted, I need to be able to fill in the form automatically with php, and then submit the form to a fax number using a service such as [login to view URL] The fax will be the easy part, but the form is a one-page order form with at lest 50 blanks that must be filled out with info from the shopping cart and database precisely. Therefore, our data must overlay the current PDF precisely. What I want is a function that can be used to fill in my pdf order form with a simple system of variables: $ship_to_name = "John Smith" $ship_to_address = "123 main street" etc. When the variables are fed to the function, the function fills out the pdf and attaches it to an email to be sent to myfax.com. This should be done invisibly to the shopper. Also, we may need to fill out the pdf, and save it for later in case the merchant needs to review it before transmission to a warehouse, so we'll need to use your class to edit/modify .pdf's that have been previously filled in. This company does not allow us to send orders electronically, so we must fill out their order form and fax it to them.
