For school website. I need teachers to organise extra remedial classes for students. Teacher fill up a web-form. The class is then listed on the webpage showing all existing classes that students can see and signup. The students can see this table - Existing Extra Remedial Classes containing fields: Grade level, Subject, description of topics to cover (limited to 50 words - with link to see details on another html page), Meeting Place, Meeting Days/Time, Max. capacity, present sign-up, vacancy, number on waiting list, Teacher's name and phone number, starting date, ending date, posting date. Students can only sign up for themselves and only once - can decide to go onto waiting list when class is full. Students can withdraw from class anytime. Auto-email to students after sign-up or withdrawal. Admin and Teacher can see which student signed up, his email and contact number. Teacher can suspend student's sign up which generate auto-email to student to see the teacher or admin accordingly. Teacher can block out student's sign up and therefore free up space for first student on waiting list with auto-email to both students and Admin of their status. General Requirement php and mySQL Demo needed. Installation needed. No encryption. I need source code with comments. Young programmers - don't be afraid to try. I want to give good ratings only.
