I would like to release a very basic Flash cricket game, aimed at 3-6 year old boys.
If you are familiar with the game of cricket, I am thinking the game would be of the player controlling a batsman hitting balls being randomly bowled to him in the cricket practice nets.
The player would move the whole batsman left and right with the mouse, and his arms and bat up and down with the mouse. Left click would swing the bat vertically, right click would swing the bat horizontally. The horizontally swing would be for if the ball is bowled wide and high.
The game lasts for 1 minute. 1 point for hitting the ball, no points for missing, -1 if the ball hits the batters body, and game over if the ball hits the stumps.
The ball gets bowled from the bottom middle of the screen, and bounces once at a random direction and height towards the batsman.
I have attached a very rough picture that I drew- I have a graphic artist working on a much better version than mine.
2 dimensional graphics is all that is required. I can work with you regarding graphics requirements, and I'll supply all required graphics. What overall size would you recommend for a game this type?
