Looking for someone to put together an adult pay per minute video chat site.
It seems impossible as not ONE coder so far has managed to do it. If you think it is a simple task then feel free to prove your ability.
We have several incarnations of the site at various stages of completion, as well as a number of open source products which we feel will provide the backbone of the site. We have all the parts, looking for someone who can put them together.
We have a detailed specification, but will only release that on receipt of a signed non disclosure agreement.
We are looking for someone who can do what they claim, and work to our specification. We ahve done some extensive testing and have reason for the way we want things done.
This site will be the first of many and we will be looking to employ a coder on an ongoing basis, should they be able to prove themselves capable.
We are interested in rewarding coders that can do the job.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
