I currently have a new Magento site 1.8.0
But need it customized, I have a local server running msSQL , and would like to have and api connected to Magento so my products would be updated for product inventory, images, descriptions, etc.
So I need my local windows 2008 server running SQL to sync up with my web mySQL database so they can read and write to it.
For example.. If my local system staff ships out an item there would be a tracking number entered in our local server, that information should reflect and sync up to the customer's web order. Updated info ( Order status has been shipped., with tracking number, and auto send customer notification email to check on their account status.)
I need to create user account that are like sales man.
I have 4 - 5 sales, each have their own customers. (so if their customers orders online, it will show an order when that sales man logs on magento. Plus they should only see their own orders. Only Admin or other users will be able to see all sales order.) It should also send an email to tell that sale man that they have an order when their customers orders on the site. Each of our customer should be assigned to a sales rep.
Please let me know approx. how long something like this will take and cost.
