Need a desktop software - 9

Hello, I need a desktop software to automatically post to wordpress blog. I have list of txt files, I want the software to create post for each txt file, the first line in the file will be the title and the rest will be in the description. Eg: If I have 400 txt files in a folder, I will open the software, click browse and select the folder, fill the wordpress url ([login to view URL]), then fill in username/pass, then click [login to view URL] will then make 400 posts to the wordpress blog from the txt files, in txt files, there are texts, the first line of the txt file will be the title in wordpress blog and the rest from txt file will be the [login to view URL], it will select html format instead of text format (in the posting page in wordpress) because there are html tags. Software will show the status bar while posting to show how much have been posted and will give a notice when completed. Hope it's clear if you have use wordpress before.
