ActiveX Control Motion Detector(repost)

Hi I need an ActiveX control that would detect motion on a WDM/AVI or IP driven camera. It should have motion sensitivity variable, capture movie capability and scheduling functions. Please also include a demo program on the usage of the ActiveX control. The control should also be able to accomodate camera selection and detection for number of cameras present on the system. In addition, the control should also allow winsock connections to view live images of the current video. I will provide clear functional specs to the selected coder.
