CONTACT MANAGEMENT / CRM SOFTWARE!

Hi all! Well the idea is simple; to have a Contact management software / CRM, exactly like ACT ! 6.0 for Windows , (you can check [login to view URL] and download a fully working trial 30 days) or Maximizer, or Goldmine Software features, itself are not complicate just we think it's important that coder involved has got already a base code to start from and has to be expert about call center software and/or telemarketing sw. If the coder already developed a kind of software like this.. is better ;) In other words we are interested to have the features; we don't ask the coder to reinvent the weel! Clients of this software we'll just use the features included without possibility to customize the software by programming it or using API or others tools. Clients will just buy the software, install it on theyr pc and use it like it is. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Software will be installed on windows PC and have to run as a stand alone or in an intranet. What we suggest best is to check directly ACT! and Maximizer, and study all the features included. Consider we'll have to translate in european languages (resource files have to be separeted to be easily translated). We're open to hear all the coders suggest's about programming language to use, and technical opinions.
