Creating windows and controls using MFC and using OpenGL

Hello coders, I need someone who will explain me with a few examples how to make funny GUI in VC++ using MFC. I don't like wizards, I want entire code to be written manually with a comments. I'm familiar with win32 API, but I've never understood MFC. I want few well commented programs, written manually (without wizard), which will explain me basis of making GUI using MFC. First program will explain me how to create window, show it, hide it, how to process events. Second program will explain me how to create window with controls on it. For instance, it will have two edit boxes "in" and "out" and utton "Click" which will copy content of "in" to "out" edit box. Third program will explain me how to make toolbar and menu. Actions on menu and toolbar will be something stupid, like MessageBox(...). Fourth program will explain me how to make child window (i.e. Multiple Document Interface). Actions will be again something stupid. Fifth program, and I believe the last, will show me how to initialize OpenGL in window. It will paint for instance sphere which can be rotated using mouse. Of course, You'll paint sphere with glutWireSphere(...). I just want to repeat, once again, that I insist on writing entire code manualy without wizards, resource files and similar tools. That's all.
