Project Description

Hi, I'm looking for a very simple example of the following with directx 9 in [url removed, login to view], and unmanaged c++ vs7.

1) A human mesh, that can navigate plain of terrain.

2) Keyboard input toggles the users camerea angle

3) The human mesh walks (animated) to a point on the terrain that is clicked with the mouse.

It's a pretty simple example, the code should? be well documented, with the mesh movement and animation, the terrain-generation and camera code seprated into logical parts.

Any takers? Bidding up to $[url removed, login to view]

Source code comly, no installation package needed. MUST be DX9 with VB and C++ example required.

PLEASE NOTE THE ADDITIONAL: 1) Keyboard input to rotate the camera is fine. (this is for educational purposes, not a commercial game). You can use keydown events in VB, or in a winproc for c++. Really, however you like. 2) The terrain can be random or static. It should however be "bumpy" so the mesh adjusts height when walking up a hill or bump etc. The terrain need not be textured, though an example would be considered a bonus. 3) The mesh MUST be loaded from an X file. The X file must be included with the source. Also, the method must be generic enough for me to swap out (or add other) meshes. 4) The mesh must animate when walking. Also, please be kind enough to explain how the animation is done, so that via my own experiments I can add different animations etc. Thanks all.

## Deliverables

1) Full source code [url removed, login to view] studio project. ALL CODE MUST BE IN THE PROJECT. NO engines, or other binaries.
