Name generator

Hello, Looking for a program written for windows (plus if you can do a mac version as well). This program will generate random name combinations. I will have options to choose male or femail, first name only, last name only, first and last names. Will also have a section for nicknames. It will need and admin section to allow the addition/deletion or edit of names. Needs to have all the general stuff a program has, menu bar with the normal options, help, about, file, etc. Needs to be written in VC++ (i have the .net standard compiler). I will also need a way to import the names I have. They are in a text file one name per line at the moment. Interface needs to be clean and professional. Any questions? Please ask.
