I need someone who is reliable and confident of meeting the requirements.

I am looking to have a piece of software produced.

It is envisaged the software will operate in the following way

The software will be run in the early evening and will scan the following days horse races. (24 hours ahead)

1. Scan UK book makers prices for the horse racing win markets (All bookmakers can be scanned by interfacing with one website “oddsmonkey” for which I have a premium account) NOTE: I can set filters up on this account so that the required races are filtered, please have a look at this site as its free to play around with.

2. Scan the Betfair markets lay odds for the same races
3. Calculate when an Arbitrage is available
4. Check the Betfair lay book percentage
[url removed, login to view] the odds have not changed Place a back bet with the relevant bookmaker (this will be done by interfacing with the individual bookmakers websites)
6. Add the bet to a log file which can be opened and viewed easily, the log file will show race time and selection details as well as the odds backed.
7. send an email with the bet details.

Note: there are no bets to be placed with betfair this is done outside of the software manually.

The software will have a config file which will contain user names / passwords for the bookmakers so that the entire process is automated.
There will be some user variables to be entered, for example

1/ Amount to back at different odds these values are configurable (odds range: 1-10 – back 50, odds range: 11-20 back 100 ) the maximum odds to take will also be configurable.
2/ ARB value to find and take action on (displayed as a percentage)
3/ Maximum amount of bets to place in one instance of the software running.
4/ Value of lay book percentage on betfair for each bet

What I am trying to achieve is to automate a process I presently do manually.

I find an ARB with a minimum percentage value, I then check the Betfair lay book percentage, if it is below a certain value and the odds have no changed I then place the back bet with the bookmaker (bookmakers odds have not changed) and then I trade out a few minutes before a race. The software will only be placing the bookmaker back bets and will not be involved with trading on betfair.

The odds can be gathered from all the bookmakers from a third party website “oddsmonkey” I have a premium account with them so you will need to work out how to interface with there data to extract what is required.

If any information is unclear please ask a question.

The software will be run in a windows server environment.
Deliverable will be both the compiled code and the source code
In order to be considered you must have experience of similar projects
Interfacing with bookmakers sites to place automated bets
Interfacing with betfair to retrieve odds
Be able to interface with oddsmonkey to retrieve the bookmakers odds.
Payment will be made in stepped milestones through freelancer.

THE FINAL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THE SOURCE CODE HAS BEEN PROVIDED AND THE REQUIREMENTS MET.

I am not to concerned about the time scale involved in getting this right so please do not be concerned with that, above all I am looking for the experienced person who is capable of completing the project.
