Yahoo E-mail Account Mailer

I need a program coded to login to the web interface of yahoo's webmail and send out e-mails. I'll send you a login to one of my accounts before we start so you can check it out. I cannot use a program that will use pop/smtp settings, I've tried it and it doesn't work. My e-mail addresses are [login to view URL] e-mail address but, they use yahoo's webmail interface. The thing is that sometimes their pop/smtp work one day and then dont the next day. This is what I need - I have a list of e-mail addresses to send e-mail to in a [login to view URL] and in [login to view URL] I have lists of e-mail accounts. In a text document ([login to view URL]) I have the message to send to each email address. So your program needs to login to yahoos webmail interface using the accounts in [login to view URL], and send e-mails (the messages in [login to view URL]) to the e-mail addresses in the [login to view URL] That's basically it but, here's a few things: - i'd like to limit how many e-mails per hour are going out - program shouldn't be too fast, should be some delay to make the mailing seem that it's being done naturally and not a program is automating it - I'd like to keep a log and if a duplicate e-mail address is found, do not send an e-mail to a duplicate e-mail, ignore it. Also log how many emails were sent each session and how many were not and log the error. - I'd like to be able to have a folder in which I keep all my messages (email messages that are sent out) so it can go through one a time and send each message automatically. - The program should work in the background, so I can continue with usual tasks on the PC.
