I am looking for someone to write software that will be installed on the PCB for a small dispensing unit.? The software will need to interface with a PC so that parameters can be loaded into memory and downloaded from the unit.? These parameters will be both informational (no bearing on operation) and operation governing.
The program? routine? will start to run periodically depending on the parameters inputted to memory and will run until a certain numbers of items have been counted (input from optic sensor).? The software will need to record in memory every time the routine in ran and also capture a sensor activation following the routine.? The next schedule routine would be delayed or skipped based on the time difference between this sensor activation and the time for the next routine.
The routine would consist of controlling 4 different motors.? The first three motors would all start at the same time but turn off at different times once the correct number of items are counted by the optic sensor for that motor.? Once the last motor has turned off, the fourth motor will turn on for a pre-determined amount of time and then turn off.? Two of the other three motors will then turn on to empty belt of remaining items for a set time.? The forth motor will then again turn on for a set time but in the reverse direction.
I can't give out more details now but will provide a detail design specification after awarding the project and the signing of a NDA.
Please include cost and time to complete project.? I would like both the embedded software and interface software to input the parameters included in the cost.
