I am looking for someone who is great with bootstrap responsive, PHP and Javascript. Problem 1 I have a graph that works off javascript that I need to turn into bootstrap responsive, so when you adjust the desktop window along with a mobile phone it adjust to fit the size of the screen Problem 2 I have a problem with a bootstrap header that's not aligning vertical-align middle then in desktop mode. I want it to function as follows At 768px and up the logo is vertical-align middle with the text lines on the other end Anything under 768 the logo is on top and the text link is centered under the logo *So when you adjust the desktop window along with a mobile phone it adjusts to fit the size of the screen Problem 3 There are two headers and two pages this need to apply to There is a place to upload an image Once the image is uploaded it apply itself to one header I need the this function to apply the next header and the two pages The image must adjust size base on the screen sizes the two pages when the image is uploaded it must be vertical-align middle and change size base on the banner its on The both header images must resize itself and vertical-align middle to fit the screen sizes So when you adjust the desktop window along with a mobile phone it adjusts to fit the size of the screen
