Iproeprty - joomla - search and iproperty category page view modifcation

Hello we need a joomla pro who can asap change the next from iproperty component (in joomla): 1. in search field is type of sale (for sale, for lease...) -there should be field category (apartments, villa's...) 2. in category page the view is one by one property in row and we need it three in on row (we will show example). For some reasson this option is in iproperty configuration but it doesn't work Total price is $10 + bonus + best possible review. Goog luck.
