We have a website where the design is just being finished, and we are looking for someone to add the PHP functionality side of things, these can be custom or existing scripts/CMS can be used. MUST be able to conform to our needs, and there cannot be any ‘powered by’ etc.. displayed ANYWHERE on the site.
Maximum of 50% milestone up front, and STRICT deadline of 15 days MAXIMUM for full development, testing and implementation. Do not bid over our maximum bid price, you will not even be slightly considered, our budget is extremely strict.

All subpage designs will be supplied, you will be responsible for the layout/design of the control panel.
Event System – Ability to add events to a master event calendar that lists events 10 per page, and ability to assign them to ‘bar profiles’ so they appear on that establishments profile. Next 3 upcoming events would also be displayed on the main page. Admins would have the ability to mark events as featured and include a graphic on their profiles to be displayed on main page.
Bar Profiles – an individual profile for each bar in town, where they could signup for it or we can create one for them, would feature all their information, their logo, and a list of general users who have access
User system – users can register for accounts to purchase tickets for events, add pictures to our page, and other features to be determined, access levels would be (SITE ADMIN/STAFF/MODERATOR/BAR OWNER/BAR STAFF/BAR PROMOTER/USER)
User – Access to submit pictures to global photo gallery, ability to purchase tickets for events
Bar Promoter – Above + ability to add events for assigned bars they are given access to, access to see sales statistics for tickets for specific events
Bar Staff – Above + ability to change existing events, add new bar promoters
Bar owner – Above + ability to add new bar staff, and change all details about bar profile (submit to approval by moderator)
Moderator (global) – Can approve all new events, or profile changes, ability to approve/deny new photos
Staff (global) – Above + ability to change profiles, assign new moderators, ability to assign users access to bars (owners etc..), ability to make events featured
Site admin – full access to everything, main page content,
Picture Gallery – master picture gallery to be maintained by admins only, with ability for the public to submit pictures, (approved by admins before being displayed), also mini picture galleries for each bar’s individual profile. All photos must use lightbox functionality. Must be able to upload multiple pictures at a time, where thumbnails would be automatically created for fast page loads.
Ticket sales for events – Ability for users to purchase tickets directly on our site for specific bar events that have the feature enabled, payment via any recommend gateway, credit card abilities preferred, please specify when bidding.
CMS – ability to add features events in the top scroll bar on main page, by adding images and having it link directly to featured events
