542523 Programmer Needed to build a website

I am looking for a programmer who knows php, mysql and knowledge of codeigniter framework or fuelphp. This project will consist of the following work: 1. Write a spider to grab information from existing sites. 2. Build a data base to enter in all of the information collected. 3. Create pages on my site using the information from the data base. ***** PLEASE before you bid contact me on PMB for the exact details as I don't want to post all of the information for the public to see. ****** I would also like to see examples of your work, and will select someone who can communicate well and will follow instructions and meet deadlines. I am also looking for someone who can provide documentation of their work. Please don't waste your time or mine if you don't meet this criteria.
