Data Transfer to Word and HTML

Please look at the attached .zip file prior to bidding to ensure you understand the project fully. This project will be easy for someone with a good command of English, and who has rudimentary HTML and Word formatting skills. The Project requires the following: 1. Reformat a Word Document that is poorly laid out,into a predefined structure including internal page links (the required structure is provided in the attached .ZIP File). Then add content from HTML pages and other word documents (more detail included in the attachment) 2. Take the content from the word document once complete and insert the information into a HTML site. There are a 1030 recipes that need to be copied into the HTML site, and they will need to follow a particular linking structure, which integrates the recipes with the rest of an already existing web site. The outline for this work is included in the attached ZIP file. 3. Research and document, on four separate word documents the following additional recipes: * 20 Low Carb Cocktail Recipes * 30 Low Carb BBQ Recipes * 30 Low Carb Desserts * 10 Low Carb Cheesecake Recipes A more comprehensive explanation and copies of the required Word and HTML format and the source documents are supplied in the attached .ZIP file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working page and site as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) Complete and working word document, in teh specified format, with the appropriate internal bookmark links b) Complete and working web site files in the structure defined will working links. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
