i am looking for an HTML designer who is also (atleast moderately) comfortable with graphic design, have a good sense of aesthetics and a reasonable command of the english language (so i dont have to spend a lot of time proofreading and going back and forth).
I need revisions done to a help file (due to enhancements and new features of the latest release of the software) for my users. i would like to have the successful coder get familiar with the product and the current help file. Once familiar, the coder will then change the table of content and revise the rest of the content (text and graphics/screenshots) corresponding to the new features and changes in the program.
All images required would be screenshots of the application (web/ASP and VB6).
This is just a very small part of the job and if we both like each other's style and work, then there will definitely be more work to keep one busy for atleast a month.
In order to be considered, please send me examples (URLS) of work. Bids without the sample work will be ignored.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
